  • 4 medium raw egg
  • 2 tablespoon brie cheese
  • 1 ounce diced pancetta by waitrose
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the pancetta and cook through until golden and crisp.
  2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Season and beat together.
