These keto ice lollies combine sweet blueberries with soft whipped cream and cream cheese to make a decadent frozen treat.

These are a great treat for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ ounce cream cheese spread
  • 1 ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped cream, unsweetened
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, blueberries, syrup and vanilla to a food processor. Blend together until smooth.
  2. Fold the blueberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.
  4. Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
