These keto ice lollies combine rich cocoa powder with soft whipped cream, cream cheese and crunchy hazelnuts to create the perfect summer treat!

These are a quick and easy treat for the whole family to prepare and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ ounce cream cheese spread
  • 2 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ½ cup whipped cream, unsweetened
  • ⅓ cup, chopped hazlenuts

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, cocoa powder, syrup and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth.
  2. Fold the chocolate cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Add the hazelnuts, gently stirring them evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Divide the ice cream mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.
  5. Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
