Ingredients

  • 2 fruit without skin and seeds avocados raw
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour by bob's red mill
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large egg white egg whites
  • ⅛ teaspoon leavening agents cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract imitation alcohol
  • 1 teaspoon stevia liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a small baking pan by lining the bottom with wax or parchment paper and spraying with pan spray.
  2. Scoop two avocados into a food processor and mix until smooth. Then, mix in the cocoa powder. The mixture should be totally creamy and thick. Set this aside in a clean bowl.
  3. Sift and stir the almond flour, salt, and baking powder into the avocado mixture.
  4. Place the egg whites in a stand mixer or a bowl with a hand whip. Whip the whites until foamy, and then add in the cream of tartar. Mix the whites until they form stiff peaks, adding in the vanilla and sweetener in the final stage.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the avocado mixture. Be careful not to deflate the air from the whipped egg.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and gently spread it out. Bake the brownies for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool before slicing.
