Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon organic black chia seed by nutiva
  • ½ cup beverages almond milk unsweetened shelf stable
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract imitation no alcohol
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 medium (1-1/4" dia) strawberries raw

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and cocoa powder with a whisk. Wrap the bowl in plastic and set it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  2. Spoon the pudding into a serving container. Top the pudding with a chopped strawberry. Enjoy!
