Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoon organic black chia seed by nutiva
- ½ cup beverages almond milk unsweetened shelf stable
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract imitation no alcohol
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 medium (1-1/4" dia) strawberries raw
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and cocoa powder with a whisk. Wrap the bowl in plastic and set it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Spoon the pudding into a serving container. Top the pudding with a chopped strawberry. Enjoy!
