This delicious chocolate loaf bread will quickly become one of your go-to desserts! Great for breakfast too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon organic ground flax seed by wild oats
  • 4 tablespoon 100% cocoa special dark by hershey's
  • 1 cup the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
  • 6 large raw egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 F. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, ground flax seeds, dark cocoa powder and confectioner’s sugar together in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Add in the eggs, extract and olive oil. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until the center of the loaf is cooked through.
  4. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before running a knife around the edges of the loaf and unmolding the loaf.
  5. Slice into 16 slices.
