If you love a good chocolate peanut butter combination, you will love these super easy peanut butter cups!

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoon chocolate chips, sugar free
  • 4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 8 teaspoon natural creamy peanut butter by smucker's

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil until melted. Use 30 second increments and stir after each heating until melted.
  2. Scoop 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each of the liners and spread smooth. Freeze until solid.
  3. Once the first layer is solid, gently warm peanut butter in the microwave. Scoop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into each liner and spread smooth. Freeze again until solid.
  4. Reheat the once melted chocolate mixture and evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate onto the peanut butter layer, spreading smooth.
