If you love a good chocolate peanut butter combination, you will love these super easy peanut butter cups!
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoon chocolate chips, sugar free
- 4 teaspoon coconut oil
- 8 teaspoon natural creamy peanut butter by smucker's
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil until melted. Use 30 second increments and stir after each heating until melted.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each of the liners and spread smooth. Freeze until solid.
- Once the first layer is solid, gently warm peanut butter in the microwave. Scoop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into each liner and spread smooth. Freeze again until solid.
- Reheat the once melted chocolate mixture and evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate onto the peanut butter layer, spreading smooth.
