This crunchy “magic shell” is delicious on top of keto ice cream! Once it gets cold it creates the most amazing topping with a great snap!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup, whole pieces – regular chocolate chips, sugar free
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir.
  2. Add an additional 30 seconds as needed to melt it. Measure ¼ cup of toasted pecan halves and crush them into small pieces. Mix into the melted chocolate.
  3. Serve on top of cold ice cream and allow to solidify before serving!
