About

Who doesn’t love tangy, cool greek yogurt? Frozen into a dessert treat, you can beat the heat or crunch into your cravings any time of year. Fresh blueberries are mixed in to add a naturally sweet flavor, enhanced with vanilla and a little stevia.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup greek yogurt, plain, premium
  • 1 tablespoon stevia in the raw, bakers bag
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounce blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, stevia, and vanilla. Use a spatula to gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to break the berries.
  2. Line a sheet tray or glass dish with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt onto the parchment into an 8×8 inch square.
  3. Freeze the bark for at least 2 hours. Then, pull the bark out of your freezer and slice into 12 pieces. Keep the bark in the freezer until you’re ready to pull it out for a treat!
