About

This easy treat can be either a healthy dessert or an indulgent snack for anyone with a sweet tooth! No white chocolate here, unlike the yogurt-dipped strawberries you may have had elsewhere. Simply sweetened with a little stevia, this treat can’t be beat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup greek yogurt, plain, premium
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon stevia in the raw, bakers bag
  • 12 ounce strawberries, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, vanilla, and stevia. Make sure no lumps are left in the yogurt.
  2. One by one, dip each strawberry into the greek yogurt, scrape off any excess yogurt, and arrange them on a plate or sheet tray lined with parchment paper. You can leave the ends with leaves on or remove them before dipping.
  3. Freeze the strawberries for a minimum 30 minutes. This will freeze the yogurt and leave the strawberries very cold. You can freeze for longer for a more firm or icier treat. If your strawberries become too frozen, transfer them to a refrigerator until they are at the consistency you enjoy.
