If you love hot fudge as I do, you will love this hot fudge brownie mug cake which is ready under 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
  • 1 large raw egg, yolk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa special dark by hershey's
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce, syrup, sugar free

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a microwave proof 4 oz ramekin. Stir to combine well.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds or until brownie is cooked through. You may need more or less time depending on your microwave. The goal is not to overcook the brownie.
  3. Top with sugar-free chocolate sauce!
