About

This quick and easy Keto air fryer recipe makes a great chicken dinner option. Our low carb dish is prepared with chicken wings, aromatic ground coffee, smoky paprika, dried coriander, sweet maple-flavored syrup, olive oil, and a touch of garlic powder. Once basted, the wings are arranged in the air fryer and cooked through until tender and golden.

Can I Bake These in The Oven?

We have used an air fryer to cook our Keto chicken wings. Air frying is a great option for speedy cooking, with minimal clean-up. Perfect for quick and easy weeknight meals. You can, of course, also oven bake the wings instead. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and lightly oil a shallow oven tray. Arrange the wings across the tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown all over.

Ingredients

  • 6 wing chicken wing, skin eaten
  • 1 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaf, dried
  • 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry coffee regular instant powder

Instructions

  1. Add the low carb syrup, ground coffee, smoked paprika, dried coriander, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix well to combine. You may adjust seasonings as desired, adding more or less to taste. Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Drizzle over the sweet and smoky coffee dressing. Mix well, rubbing the dressing evenly all over the wings.
  2. Lightly oil the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Arrange the chicken wings in the base of your air fryer basket. If the basket is too full, you may need to cook in two batches. Brush over any remaining marinade. Set the basket in the base of the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Set the timer for 16 minutes, turning halfway through. The wings should be entirely cooked through and browned on the outside. Cook for longer if needed.
