Use any keto-friendly bread for this! I simply mash the avocado and top it with a sprinkle of salt! Feel free to add any toppings that you’d like, for example, sliced radishes, black sea salt, microgreens, nuts…the toppings are endless! For this, I topped the mashed avocado with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt and microgreens. I used the Keto Loaf Bread recipe for this toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 servings keto loaf bread
  • 1 each avocado
  • ⅛ teaspoon himalayan pink salt crystals by trader joe's
  • ½ cup organic micro greens by trader joe's

Instructions

  1. Preheat a broiler in your oven on HIGH. Place two 1 oz slices of Keto Loaf Bread on a baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes or until the toast has browned.
  2. In the meantime, mash a ripe avocado in a bowl with a fork.
  3. Top toast with mashed avocado.
  4. Top with sea salt and microgreens.
