Ingredients

  • 2 servings low carb fathead dough
  • 2 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 ½ slice – 6" long bacon
  • 5 leaf basil
  • ½ ounce mozzarella cheese
  • ½ ounce cheddar cheese
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet tray with wax paper and pan spray. Place cold fat head dough down on the wax paper, and use a second sheet of wax paper to lay on top and press the dough down to an approximate ¼-inch thickness.
  2. Chop the cooked chicken and bacon, if necessary, and arrange these on the dough. Next, the basil, then the cheeses. Leave an inch of space from the edge of the dough so a crust forms during baking.
  3. Set the pizza in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then, drizzle the olive oil across the pizza before baking. Baking for about 20 minutes on a middle oven rack or until the dough has cooked through and a golden brown crust forms.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and eating.
