The ham wraps are filled with lettuce, cheese and tomato with a layer of mustard mayo – perfect for quick and easy lunches.
Ingredients
- 4 medium slice – 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" – each 0.75 ounce ham slices
- 4 cherry cherry tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- ⅓ cup, shredded lettuce
- ⅓ cup, grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix together the mustard and mayonnaise.
- Divide the mayo mixture evenly between the ham slices, leaving a small border round the edges.
- Shred the lettuce and divide evenly between the ham slices, creating a strip towards the edge of the ham.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the lettuce.
- Finely dice the tomatoes and divide between the slices.
- Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap, forming a tube. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
