This simple yet tasty lunch utilises sliced ham as a wrap for a classic sandwich filling!

The ham wraps are filled with lettuce, cheese and tomato with a layer of mustard mayo – perfect for quick and easy lunches.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium slice – 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" – each 0.75 ounce ham slices
  • 4 cherry cherry tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ⅓ cup, shredded lettuce
  • ⅓ cup, grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together the mustard and mayonnaise.
  2. Divide the mayo mixture evenly between the ham slices, leaving a small border round the edges.
  3. Shred the lettuce and divide evenly between the ham slices, creating a strip towards the edge of the ham.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the lettuce.
  5. Finely dice the tomatoes and divide between the slices.
  6. Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap, forming a tube. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
