What Is Crack Slaw?

Crack slaw is a quick and easy dish, popular in the Keto and low carb community. The dish typically includes ground meat such as pork or beef, stir-fried with slaw veggies such as cabbage. The slaw is commonly combined with seasonings such as soy sauce or hot, spicy sauces. We have used ground pork for our Keto crack slaw, but you can swap for beef or turkey if preferred.

What Veggies Can I Use?

We have used thinly sliced white and red cabbage and red onion to create the vegetable base for our crack slaw. For ease and convenience, you may also use a shop-bought slaw mix if preferred. This can include any mix of thinly sliced low carb veggies such as cabbage, onion, broccoli, or Brussels sprouts. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.
