These tuna handrolls make a tasty and filling lunch. The seaweed provides a delicious salty and nutritious wrapper for the tuna. You can mix up the vegetables that are mixed in, but celery, radishes and green onions make for great crunch and texture. Try these for your next lunch!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup, diced celery
  • ½ cup slices radishes raw
  • ¼ cup, chopped green onions
  • 2 ½ serving (56g) wild albacore tuna by wild planet
  • 2 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise by sir kensington's
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice raw
  • 1 tsp, or 1 packet dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado, California (black skin) avocado
  • 4 sheet nori sheets sea superfood by navitas

Instructions

  1. Mince the celery, half of the radishes, and green onion and add to a large bowl. Thinly slice the other half of the radishes. Cut and peel an avocado into quarters and thinly slice the quarters.
  2. Add a can of tuna to the vegetables. Use the back of a fork to chop up the tuna.
  3. Add the mayo, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the tuna and mix well.
  4. Fold a piece of nori in half. Add ⅓ of the tuna mixture to the center of the tuna and top with a few slices of avocado and radish.
  5. Roll the nori slices up to make tuna handrolls. Repeat with the other pieces of nori and remaining tuna. Eat immediately.
