This turkey swiss sandwich will make for a nice filling lunch. Feel free to substitute the deli meat and cheese with any other meat or cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 servings (2.7 oz) keto no-knead dutch oven loaf
  • 2 ounce turkey deli meat
  • 1 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon classic mayonnaise by sir kensingtons
  • ⅓ cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Spread both slices of bread with the mayo.
  2. Top with deli turkey meat.
  3. Top with cheese and spinach.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
