This turkey swiss sandwich will make for a nice filling lunch. Feel free to substitute the deli meat and cheese with any other meat or cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 servings (2.7 oz) keto no-knead dutch oven loaf
- 2 ounce turkey deli meat
- 1 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon classic mayonnaise by sir kensingtons
- ⅓ cup spinach
Instructions
- Spread both slices of bread with the mayo.
- Top with deli turkey meat.
- Top with cheese and spinach.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
