The final dish is topped with a final squeeze of lemon juice for brightness and some minced parsley. If you decide to cook the fish from a thawed form, they will take about 1/3 of the time.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
  • 4 serving fresh food fish cod skinless & boneless fillets by sainsbury's
  • ½ medium – 2 1/8" diameter lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ½ tablespoon ghee
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchini into thin noodles. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
  2. Place frozen cod in the bottom of air fryer basket. Sprinkle on ¼ tsp kosher salt and garlic powder. Set air fryer for 400 F for 15 minutes. Place lemon slices on top and set air fryer at 400 F for 3 more minutes until fish reads 145 F internal temperature.
  3. Remove fish and air fryer tray and replace with clean tray. Add in noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes at 400 F.
  4. Melt butter and minced garlic cloves together.
  5. Pour melted ghee over noodles and toss well to combine.
  6. Serve with hot cod with a fresh squeeze of lemon and minced parsley.
