About

Did you know that you can easily make Saag Paneer in the air fryer? The air fryer is the perfect cooking vessel to ensure browning on all sides of the paneer cubes. Not to mention, the air fryer quickly browns the aromatics and spices together, so it is deliciously caramelized. You will love this Low Carb Air Fryer recipe! Once the paneer is browned, it is set aside. Then garlic, ginger, and serrano peppers are browned together and seasoned with warm Indian spices like garam masala, coriander, and cumin. To that mixture, fresh spinach is added and a nice amount of heavy cream. Finally, the mixture is simmered together with the paneer.

Where can I find paneer?

You can find paneer at Indian markets and some Asian markets. If you live in a place where it is hard to find, consider making your own!
