The flavors might sound simple, but the flavor impact is enormous! You will love this straightforward Keto fish recipe that is easy for weeknight dinners using ingredients that can always be on hand.

What other fish can I use?

Any tender, white-fleshed fish can be used like tilapia, cod, catfish, flounder, and so forth.

What can I use if I do not have a steamer?

You can use a large saucepot or pan with a metal rack placed into the bottom. Fill the saucepot with a couple of inches of water or at a level right underneath the metal rack. Make sure you have a lid that fits the saucepot so it can hold in the steam.

Other suggestions

Feel free to top the steamed fish with julienned dried shiitake mushrooms that have been rehydrated. Dried shiitake mushrooms are super flavorful and pair well with fish.
