These keto lamb chops are rich with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts and aromatic rosemary.

These are a great option served alongside a simple side salad or a portion of steamed green vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 small lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup brie cheese
  • ½ tablespoon rosemary, fresh
  • ¼ cup, halves walnuts
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the lamb chops, cooking until browned on each side.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts and rosemary and add to a mixing bowl along with the brie and black pepper. Mix together well to combine.
  3. Divide the cheese mixture evenly between the chops, covering the top.
  4. Heat a broiler to medium/high and arrange the chops on a grill tray.
  5. Broil for 2-4 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted and the chops are cooked to taste.
