Ingredients
- 6 slice – 6" long bacon
- 3 large chicken thigh, skin removed before cooking
- 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Taking one at a time, tightly wrap each chicken thigh with two slices of bacon.
- Transfer the bacon wrapped chicken to an oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix the mustard and lakanto maple flavored syrup together until well combined.
- Drizzle the maple-mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring each thigh is evenly coated.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is completely cooked through and the juices run clear.
