This simple skillet is great for meal prepping, an easy lunch, or weeknight dinners with little time to cook. Fatty kielbasa is paired with a classic vegetable mix that’s finished off with a touch of butter. This meal will be richer and more filling than you may think!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce kielbasa
  • 8 ounce produce california style mixed vegetables by compliments
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Slice your kielbasa into thin circle slices. Arrange them in a pan over high heat. Cook both sides of the sausage until it is browned with crispy edges.
  2. Transfer the cooked sausage to a clean surface for later. Return the pan to a medium heat and toss in THAWED veggies with all remaining ingredients except for butter. Cook and stir until the veggies start to char.
  3. Turn the heat down to low and melt in the butter. Stir until all veggies are covered in the butter.
  4. Return the sausage to the skillet and stir all ingredients together before serving.
