About

Lebanese seven spice powder is a spice blend made up of black pepper, coriander, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Blended together, they create an intoxicating spice blend that perfectly complements nearly all proteins. These kebabs are made with beef, but would also be great with ground lamb, turkey or chicken. You can either use ½ tablespoon of seven spice powder (which you can buy at many stores or online), or you can use the measurements listed in the ingredients list. These kebabs can be enjoyed on their own, with tahini or tzatziki sauce.
