This slow cooker pork is seasoned with aromatic Cajun spices and cooked until completely tender.

This is a great dish served alongside cauliflower rice or green vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 chop pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne), ground
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the pork chops and broth to a slow cooker. Add the herbs, spices and seasoning, using your hands to rub them into the meat.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours until the pork is cooked through and tender. Serve immediately.
