This slow cooker pork is seasoned with aromatic Cajun spices and cooked until completely tender.
This is a great dish served alongside cauliflower rice or green vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 chop pork chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
- 1 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne), ground
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the pork chops and broth to a slow cooker. Add the herbs, spices and seasoning, using your hands to rub them into the meat.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours until the pork is cooked through and tender. Serve immediately.
