These ground pork wraps are mildly spiced with smoky paprika and flaked chilis and topped with cooling sour cream.

If you prefer a bigger kick of heat, simply adjust the spices to taste.

These wraps make a filling dinner portion for two but can be served individually as a lunch.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaf, dried
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes by sweet tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 2 medium – 4 1/8" long scallions
  • 4 inner (small) leaf romaine lettuce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the pork and fry until browned all over.
  2. Add the chili flakes, coriander, paprika, scallions, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until fragrant and the pork is cooked through.
  3. Divide the pork between the lettuce leaves.
  4. To serve, top with the sour cream and an extra pinch of smoked paprika.
