These ground pork wraps are mildly spiced with smoky paprika and flaked chilis and topped with cooling sour cream.
If you prefer a bigger kick of heat, simply adjust the spices to taste.
These wraps make a filling dinner portion for two but can be served individually as a lunch.
Ingredients
- 9 ounce ground pork
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaf, dried
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes by sweet tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
- 2 medium – 4 1/8" long scallions
- 4 inner (small) leaf romaine lettuce
- 1 ½ tablespoon sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the pork and fry until browned all over.
- Add the chili flakes, coriander, paprika, scallions, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until fragrant and the pork is cooked through.
- Divide the pork between the lettuce leaves.
- To serve, top with the sour cream and an extra pinch of smoked paprika.
