Ingredients

  • 3 ounce mixed salad greens
  • 1 large hard boiled egg
  • 1 ounce chopped ham
  • 1 ounce turkey slices
  • ¼ cup cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon red onions
  • 2 ounce avocados raw
  • ¾ ounce avocados raw
  • ¼ ounce green onions
  • 1 tablespoon basil fresh
  • ¾ teaspoon cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic raw
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon beverages almond milk unsweetened shelf stable

Instructions

  1. For the salad, combine the mixed greens in a bowl. If necessary, chop the egg, ham, turkey, cucumber, red onion, and first amount of avocado. Arrange these items on the top of your salad.
  2. For the dressing, combine the second amount of avocado, green onion, basil, cilantro, and garlic in a food processor.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients in the food processor, and slowly pulse until the dressing comes together with a smooth and creamy finish.
  4. Drizzle the dressing on the salad, and enjoy!
