Ingredients

  • 4 ½ ounce ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon chives, raw
  • 2 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend or beat together until creamy and refrigerate until ready to serve.
