This avocado dip is rich with sour cream, Gouda cheese, sweet red onion and juicy tomatoes.

This makes a great sharing dip with low carb crudités or keto chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 each avocado
  • 2 cherry cherry tomato
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red onion
  • ¼ cup, grated gouda cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado flesh to a food processor along with the sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well to combine. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely dice the tomatoes and add to the mixing bowl along with the red onion and half the cheese. Stir well.
  3. Scatter with the remaining cheese to serve.
