This simple dip is rich with creamy cheese, mayo, zesty lemon, aromatic chives and loaded with juicy shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounce cream cheese spread
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • 1 tablespoon chives, raw
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup shrimp
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl with the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the shrimp and stir through the dip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
