The earthiness and deep flavor of cremini mushrooms can often speak for itself. However, a little enhancement from a few spices and some olive oil can turn this low-carb fungi into a scrumptious side dish! Serve these super garlicky mushrooms alongside chicken or beef. You can even turn your afternoon salad upscale by adding a spoonful on top!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crimini mushrooms
  • 2 clove garlic raw
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper by simply organic
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 325 degrees. Chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Discard of the stems.
  2. In a bowl, gently combine the mushrooms, olive oil, and all the seasonings except for the rosemary.
  3. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with pan spray. Spread the mushrooms evenly over the sheet tray. Place the rosemary in between the mushrooms evenly.
  4. Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes in the oven, moving them around slightly half way through for even cooking. Serve hot!
