These tender roasted mushrooms are drizzled in an aromatic garlic, rosemary and thyme butter then baked until tender and golden.

These are an ideal accompaniment to roasted chicken or beef.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce chestnut mushrooms by morrisons
  • 2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • 2 teaspoon, chopped thyme, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon breakfast butter melted by country buffet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • â…› teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and arrange in an even layer in an oven proof dish.
  3. Finely chop the rosemary, pick the thyme leaves and crush the garlic. Add to a small mixing bowl along with the melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Drizzle the herb butter evenly over the mushrooms and transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until tender and golden.
