About

This simple Keto salsa is packed with fats, low carb veggies and a spicy kick from fiery peppers! Our easy low carb salsa is prepared with fresh diced tomato, cucumber, creamy avocado, sliced jalapeños and fresh cilantro. The low carb vegetables are then tossed with zesty lime and olive oil dressing to serve.

Are Tomatoes Keto?

Tomatoes can be enjoyed in moderation as part of a balanced low carb diet. We have used one small tomato, diced for this salsa recipe. If you would like to reduce the carb count further, you can omit the tomato entirely or substitute with extra avocado or cucumber. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.
