This smoky butter is flavored with paprika, Parmesan, fresh parsley and a hint of lemon.

This is a great option for slathering over roasted chickens or on top of sizzling steaks!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
  • â…” cup butter
  • â…› teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the butter to a bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.
  2. Mince the garlic and add to the butter along with the paprika, lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley and black pepper. Mash together well to combine.
  3. Spoon the butter into a sheet of baking paper or plastic wrap and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing the ends.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm and slice to serve.
