It is easy to miss some potatoes on the keto diet, but have no fear, radishes are here! They are a great alternative to potatoes and can be paired with any roast or chicken!
Ingredients
- 1 pound radish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Wash and cut all radishes in half.
- Drizzle on the olive oil and sprinkle in the salt. Toss to combine.
- Place on a sheet tray, cut side down so the bottoms will brown. Bake for 18 minutes until browned on the bottom.
- Serve hot!
