These simple baked radish slices are tossed with oil, smoked paprika and garlic powder then baked until golden and tender.

These slices make for a great snack, side or topping to salads or grilled meats!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce radish, raw
  • 2 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Trim the tips from the radishes then thinly slice into 3mm discs. Drizzle the radishes with the olive oil then sprinkle over the seasoning, garlic and paprika. Use your hands to coat the radish pieces in the oil and spices.
  3. Arrange the radish pieces in one layer across a large baking tray.
  4. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for a further 10-12 minutes until tender and golden and starting to crisp around the edges.
