This oozy, hot broccoli bake is loaded with flavor from sweet shallot, aromatic garlic, creamy cheese, smoky paprika and tangy cheddar.

This makes a great sharing dip or decadent side.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup broccoli florets by bonipak
  • 2 tablespoon, chopped shallot, raw
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 1 cup, grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup cream cheese spread
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Chop the broccoli florets into small bite sized chunks and arrange in a small oven proof dish.
  3. Finely chop the shallot and garlic and scatter over the broccoli.
  4. Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together to combine.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese and mayo mixture over the broccoli and scatter over the cheese. Stir well to combine. Transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
