About

Spanish cauliflower rice is full of smoky flavor, is a little spicy, and a tad crunchy too. This recipe has the perfect amount of sauteed onion, carrot, and jalapeno to enhance the flavors of the spiced cauliflower rice. • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cilantro, raw, coriander leaves
  • 1 wedge yields lime juice raw
