About
Takeout pizza bread sticks are a great way to use up leftover dough; in this case, fathead dough! Brushed with plenty of butter, garlic, and parmesan, this is an excellent side dish to your main meal. If you’re in need of a small snack with energizing fat, you’ll love this recipe too.
Ingredients
- 2 servings low carb fathead dough
- ½ tablespoon unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Please have your Carb Manager Fathead Dough already prepared and cold before making this recipe.
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. If you own one, set a large pizza stone in your oven to heat. Otherwise, you can bake your breadsticks on a sheet tray. Roll out your fathead dough on a sheet of parchment paper to an oval-shape approx. 12×10 inches – a little thinner than ½-inch.
- Cut the parchment paper just wider than your dough. Melt your butter and spread it across the dough. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the dough.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the dough to your pizza stone or sheet tray. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool before cutting into 8 pieces. Enjoy!
