About

This is quite possibly one of the most satisfying snacks to eat, and it’s so simple to make! Bacon wrapped pickles satisfy your need for a crunchy texture with a salt and vinegar taste. When you bake the pickles, the vinegar mixed with the smell of pork makes your kitchen smell like someone is barbecuing ribs!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce sweet pickles (gherkins)
  • 6 slice – 6" long bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange six equally-sized gherkin pickles and use a paper towel to absorb excess liquid.
  2. Wrap each pickle with a 6-inch piece of bacon. Place the wrapped pickles on the sheet tray, keeping the edges of the bacon tucked under.
  3. Bake the bacon wrapped pickles for 25-30 minutes, rotating them once or twice during the baking time. The edges of the bacon should be crisp while the pickles remain juicy and crunchy. Enjoy!
