Crunchy, salty, and cheesy! Wrapping your celery sticks in bacon makes this snack extra flavorful and also saturates the celery with fat for easy biting. Simple and yummy!
Ingredients
- 3 ½ ounce celery
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon, shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 3 slice – 6" long bacon
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the celery by cutting it into 6 pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, cheddar, and paprika. You can simply use a fork to smash the ingredients together. Then, use the back of a spoon to spread the cheese mixture into the celery sticks.
- Cut the slices of bacon in half to reveal 6 fat strips. Wrap a piece of bacon around each celery stick before lining them all in a baking dish or tray.
- Bake the celery sticks for 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
