This baked Camembert is a great way to use up any leftover cheese and relish from the holidays!

The cheese is baked until warm and gooey, perfect for dipping keto crackers or bread.

Ingredients

  • 8 ½ ounce camembert cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • ½ servings (per heaped teaspoon) keto red onion and cranberry relish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit. If the cheese is in a wooden box, remove all other packaging and sit back in the box. If not, sit the cheese in a large ramekin or small oven proof dish.
  2. Score the top of the Camembert. Finely slice the garlic and chop the rosemary. Slot the garlic into the scored cheese and scatter over the rosemary. Cover the cheese with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cheese from the oven and layer with the relish. Cover and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes or until the cheese is soft and gooey. Serve immediately.
