About

A little spicy, a little peppery, and just a touch of tomato ketchup makes these hard boiled eggs taste like you poured the mix straight into the filling (sans alcohol, of course)! These snack even come with a little celery and olive garnish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large hard boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ ounce celery
  • 8 medium green olives

Instructions

  1. Slice cooled hard boiled eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Smash the yolks with the ketchup, hot sauce, worcestershire, pepper, and mayo until you have a smooth filling.
  2. You may simply spoon the filling back into the egg whites, or you can use a pastry decorator bag to pipe the filling. Additionally, slice the celery into 8 thin pieces and gather 8 olives. Break 4 toothpicks in half and arrange 1 pieces of celery and 1 olive on each toothpick.
  3. Set the toothpicks in the hard boiled eggs to complete the bloody mary look.
