Yummy and refreshing bites make a great snack for yourself or to share with others. Enjoy the BLT cream cheese filling either cold or warmed before spreading on your cucumber slices.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ ounce cucumber, raw, with peel
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoon bacon bits, pork
  • 2 tablespoon, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 grape grape tomato
  • ¼ ounce lettuce

Instructions

  1. Slice 9, ¼-inch slices from a cucumber. Pat them dry between paper towels before piling them with toppings.
  2. Make sure your cream cheese is room temp and softened before using a fork to mix in bacon bits and shredded cheddar.
  3. Spread about ½ TB of cream cheese filling on top of each slice of cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and finely shred the lettuce, and arrange these on top of the cucumber bites. Press the ingredients gently into the cream cheese so they adhere.
