These are so deliciously, chocolatey and really satisfies my chocolate craving. I reach for these when I need to fill up on some healthy fats in between meals. These are quick and easy to make and stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze them for an extra cold treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup, chopped walnuts
  • ⅛ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
  • 4 tablespoon 100% cocoa special dark by hershey's
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup, whole pieces – regular chocolate chips, sugar free

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until the mixtures turns sandy and then starts to form a ball.
  2. Add the chocolate chips last and pulse until there are small pieces of chocolate chips throughout.
  3. Form into 20 1-1/4” balls and place on the parchment lined sheet. Chill in fridge until firm. Store in fridge up to two weeks and freeze them for up to a month!
