Cheese chips/crisps are delicious, but not always the most filling snack! To add a little more bulk to this classic keto hunger-saver, you can add cauliflower rice to your cheese of choice. This makes the chips a little dense and more filling!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon, cut pieces cauliflower rice
  • 6 tablespoon, shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients to make a consistent mix for your chips. If you are using frozen prepared cauliflower rice, squeeze out excess liquid from the thawed rice before adding it to your mixing bowl.
  2. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 8 portions of 1 TB circles on the tray. Spread each circle out into a very thing disc.
  3. Bake the tray 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts, bubbles, and turns to a orange-hued crisp.
