These savory fat bombs are packed with flavor – from smoky paprika, to aromatic chorizo and rich manchego cheese.

The recipe calls for our Keto Smoky Chorizo butter as this forms the base of the fat bomb alongside cream cheese.

The recipe prep time is inclusive of the time it takes to prepare the butter without chilling, as the butter will need to be soft and at room temperature for the fat bombs.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz cheese manchego six-month-aged by freshdirect
  • ½ cup cream cheese spread
  • 3 servings (per tablespoon) keto smoky chorizo butter
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the prepared chorizo butter to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese, manchego and a good pinch of black pepper.
  2. Mix together well to combine and transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes to firm.
  3. Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide into 8 even portions and roll into balls with your hands. Return to the fridge for a further 20 minutes to set before serving.
