I love how quick and easy this mug cake comes together and the cinnamon flavor really hits the spot and pairs perfectly with the almond scented cake.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon almond flour
- ¼ cup the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Microwave butter in a mug until melted about 20 seconds.
- Add the almond flour, sweetener, almond extract, a pinch of salt, baking powder and egg mixing well with a fork.
- Microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds, do not overcook! Sprinkle cake with a little cinnamon and enjoy hot! Top with whipped cream if desired!
