This easy dipping sauce is delicious for any shellfish or white fish! It’s also a great way to add a hefty dose of fat to any protein-based meal. Top of your meal preps or enjoy it with a snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce mayo
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon, whole pieces dill weed, fresh
  • ½ ounce baby dill pickles by milwaukee's
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cream style horseradish by inglehoffer
  • ⅛ teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small serving bowl, whisk together the mayo, 1 teaspoon of pickle juice from a pickle jar, dill, finely chopped pickle, lemon zest, and garlic.
  2. In a different bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, and worcestershire.
  3. Spoon the cocktail sauce into the center of the tartar sauce. You can directly swirl the cocktail sauce into the tartar, or simply dip your items right in.
